  • 50ml Captain Morgan White Rum
  • 15ml Funkin Lime Purée
  • 25ml Gomme
  • 50ml Of either Funkin passion
    fruit, raspberry, strawberry,

Ice the hurricane glass to chill, add all ingredients to boston shaker, shake and fine strain into glass. Cap with crushed ice and garnish.

Put all ingredients into a blender with a scoop of crushed ice, blend until smooth. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Mint Leaves
  • 6 Lime Wedges
  • 2 Bar Spoons Demerara Sugar
Muddle lime and sugar in glass, clap the mint and add to glass, fill glass 2⁄3 with crushed ice. Add rum and mix with bar spoon. Cap with crushed ice, soda and garnish. Add 2 black bendy straws.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Fresh espresso
  • 20ml Vanilla syrup Marie Bizzard
  • 37.5ml Belvedere
  • 12.5ml Tia Maria or Kahlua
Chill Martini glass, shake all ingredients except cream, in a Boston glass with cubed ice. Fine strain into glass, and then layer the cream over the top on the back of a bar spoon. Garnish and stick straws with soda water on to side of glass.

  • 37.5ml Sauza gold
  • 12.5 Cointreau
  • 30ml Lime
  • 15ml Gomme
  • *Fruit option for blended
    Salt rim (Sugar rim for fruit choice)
Chill the martini glass, shake all the ingredients if served straight up or blend if frozen. Coat half the rim of the martini glass in sugar or salt and fine strain into the glass, just pour if blended. Garnish with an edible flower, lime wheel and 2 sip straws.

Chill the martini glass with crushed ice. Add all the ingredients except the prosecco into a boston filled with cubed ice and shake. Remove crushed ice from martini glass and then fine strain all ingredients into it. Garnish and serve with the shot of prosecco next to it.

  • 12.5ml Fraise
  • 3-4 lime wedges
  • 2-3 raspberries
  • 5-6 mint leaves
Muddle the lime wedges, with the rum and gomme. Add crushed ice, fraise and a bunch of mint leaves by holding them in the palm of one hand then hitting them with the other like a clap. Stir and add Peroni.
