We have well-trained staff in place for all nights, who will be happy to help with any concerns.
Our security teams will conduct bag searches on entry, please assist them by bringing only what is needed. Large bags will need to be stored in the cloakroom.
For the safety of all customers and staff we have CCTV in operation and our security teams wear bodycams.
It’s important to us that all our guests get home safely. We will never ask anyone to leave on their own and our staff are able to arrange for a taxi or phone a friend/family member to collect a guest.
Our normal opening hours are below. Please be advised that our opening hours may change over the fresher's week due to extra events.

Tickets are highly recommended for all our events. Not only are they usually cheaper than paying on the door, they often include priority queuing too so win-win! If paying on the door, cash, card or Apple / Google Pay are all accepted. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express in any of our venues.
You will need a valid passport or driving license to gain entry to the club. Please note that copies, scans, screenshots cannot be accepted and we do not accept proof of age cards.
For some student events, a student ID card may also be required as well as the above.
Please see our events for more information as our entry prices vary on each night. Top tip: the earlier you arrive, the cheaper the entry price will be on the door but it's usually always cheaper to buy a ticket in advance!
We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan or can take an unexpected turn. We are here to help you if you need us – please just ask. If you have any questions or worries please feel free to speak to any of our security and they can radio one of our managers for you.
We have a cloakroom to keep your belongings safe but if you do lose something, please email [email protected] with a description of the item (photo if you have one) and the date you lost it so we can help. Please note, we only keep items for 4 weeks and if they're unclaimed after this point, the items are either discarded or donated.
We hope this never happens but the best thing to do is email [email protected] with all the information and we will investigate your complaint fully.

On our student sessions (mid-week) the dress code is casual-cool.
No caps/hats to be worn inside the venue. No sportswear or tracksuits. Clean trainers are ok.
On weekends, it's time to dress up! The dress code is smart/glam and we do not allow sports trainers or sportswear.
